Late-stage results are the events that most reliably move this industry, and the back half of the year is unusually dense with them. We are tracking ten.

The ones that matter most
Sundari in Alzheimer's. The company's oral drug targets inflammation rather than amyloid. A positive result would be the first for that approach in a pivotal trial. Most analysts put the odds below one in four.
Brightwater in pancreatic cancer. An interim look in the spring allowed the study to continue unchanged, which investors read as mildly encouraging. Median survival in the control arm is expected to be about eleven months.
Nordlicht in heart failure. The trial enrolled 6,200 patients and is the largest on this list. It is designed to show a reduction in hospitalizations and cardiovascular death.
We will update this page as results arrive.
